Twoodo is one of the 9 startups part of the exciting 2013 Startup Bootcamp Amsterdam programme. We were chosen out of 550 international startups.
Twoodo is revolutionizing the way people collaborate online. We are a collaboration platform that let’s you use natural language and simple tags to communicate. Our main clients are tech companies, design agencies and startups but we’re also applicable to individual users. We are currently looking for an intern to help us develop the front end of our website for a 3 to 6 month period. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, that is interested in UI experience and that has some Javascript knowledge. (if he has Java skills that would also be really cool but it’s not mandatory). We’re looking for someone who wants to take part in the Startup Bootcamp adventure with us and possibly join our team full-time in the future. It would be an awesome experience for any developer interested in startups and that wants a lot of freedom and high responsabilites fast. We were paid for our first internships.
Specific duties of the role will involve:
- Development of elaborate javascript features on the website (Jquery)
- Working hand in hand with the rest of the team in developing a great user experience (wire-framing, conceptualization)
- Redesign of the user interace
- Participate in creating user tests and experiments (lean strategy, A/B testing)
Remuneration:
There will be some basic remuneration and provides a chance to get exceptional work experience, learn from mentors, and gain amazing insights into what’s involved in running a startup. A letter of reference will be provided at the end of the 3 month position. We will also serve field calls for professional references as you launch your own career.
